We want you to know what you are saying about us and about spelt, so here you go. Please feel free to send us your own comments in the box below. We love to read your thoughts and comments.

I recently bought some spelt and ground it up. I made a batch of Mrs. Mark’s Spelt bread. I was very pleased that I had bread cooling by 1:00 pm ready for my visitors to taste, when it usually takes till at least 3:00-5:00 pm. I was very please with the texture and one of my visitors who regularly makes whole wheat bread was amazed with the texture. I recently substitued the spelt flour in my hamburger/hot dog bun recipe and it turned out very nice. Not as heavy as a whole wheat recipe would have been.

I have been so happy with my bigger Bosch [Universal]. I owned a small one for about fiteen years. I was pretty on it. Since I got the bigger machine, I have been so happy. It just works better for me in every way.

I love using spelt. It grinds so very well. I have never just used spelt flour. I mix it with regular wheat. It does seem to make the dough a bit lighter. If you have customers that just use spelt, I would like to hear some of their responses.

I love my Bosch! My mom and grandma have had theirs for years, so when I finally got mine, I knew what to expect.
My Bosch [Universal] meets the expectations I have. Now, I just need the slicer/shredder attachment to complete my custom set.

I lived next door to a woman who made bread 2-3 times a week using her Bosch. I knew how much my family loved homemade bread, so I decided to try it using my KitchenAid. It was a disaster! The dough kept riding up the hook, and it was sticky and I couldn’t get the right consistency in my dough. I finally had to take it out of the bowl and hand knead it (and it was not worth it!) Then my friend explained how easy her Bosch made it to make bread, and she let me borrow it. The first time was a little difficult, just because I didn’t know how much flour to add. Then my friend taught me that you “just add flour until the sides of the Bosch bowl are clean.” So I borrowed it two more times, and I loved it! I love how you add flour until the dough creates a ball, and the bowl is basically clean when you take the dough out of it. I finally had to go out and purchase a Bosch, because I couldn’t keep borrowing my friend’s! I love it and use it all of the time!

I love using my Bosch Kitchen Machine and wanted to make Bosch available to you. I will not use anything else to make and knead my bread. And it is so much easier to make bread than I had ever imagined. As a mother, I love knowing exactly what I put into my bread and other foods that I make and feed my husband and kids.

I've used khorasan before, but I have to say yours is the best.  I've made everything from cookies and muffins, to breads.  It has a really nice texture and great taste.

This is the first time I've used spelt.  It grinds really fast, and also has a nice texture.  I've made herb popovers, muffins, bread and cookies.  We love the texture and taste, that is almost sweet!  I've been experimenting with mixing the two grains, with some unbleached white in the bread.  Yum!
