Spelt

Spelt orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days and begins the day after your order is placed (providing all items are available). Shipping fees will vary by weight for each spelt & food order as indicated below. Orders will be shipped through FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

If necessary, shipping charges and pickup can be arranged. You always have the option to pick up your order locally. Just call and we can work it out. (If you pick up locally, you will not be charged shipping, but you must call first or choose the pick up option during the checkout process online.)

Large orders may be split up as necessary to provide the best possible service to you and to keep shipping costs down.

It is possible to ship grain by the pallet – please call or email me with your zip code for a quote on the shipping – typically, you will SAVE money by shipping by the pallet. (Get some friends together and share a pallet worth of grain!) Sometimes, you will get a greater discount by ordering a pallet – call for details…  1.877.356.3533

Oh, here is an easy way to calculate your shipping: add an item that you are interested in to the cart and click add shipping to see what the shipping cost would be. If you are not satisfied, you can always zero out the order. No purchasing commitment must be made just to calculate the shipping cost.

Sometimes, our FedEx shipping program cannot calculate large orders (over 70 lbs). If you find yourself with a LARGE freight charge from trying to order more than 70 lbs at a time – try ordering 50 pounds at a time or less, or calling and ordering over the phone.  If, for some reason, shipping fees are not calculated at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs when necessary and you reserve the right to withdraw your order.

NOTE: If you would like to ship more than this weight, please contact us and we will gladly give you an accurate shipping rate. We do not try to make money from the shipping charges. These are real costs. You may also contact us for a more accurate and possibly discounted shipping rate.

 

Grain Appliances

Mills and Appliance orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days and begins the day after your order is placed (providing all items are available). Orders will usually be shipped though UPS – Ground. Shipping prices are as follows:

Subtotal (other than spelt)—– Shipping price

NOTE: The correct price may not always appear in your shopping cart for appliances. Not to worry, after you submit your order, I will personally review it and adjust the shipping to reflect our above policy. Your credit card will not be charged more than what is stated here. Sometimes, you may be charged less – depending on each order review.

Q: Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on products?

A: All products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Products are not warranted against misuse or abuse.

Restocking fee is 25%, for unused and unopened equipment only.

A: No, unless the order is purchased in/within the state of Idaho. Duties or taxes may be applied if ordering from a country outside of the United States.

Q: I have received my order and an item I ordered is on back order. What does that mean?

A: Some products are selling so quickly, that sometimes an item may be temporarily out of stock or even discontinued. If this occurs with your order, you will receive an email notifying you that one or more of your items are currently either:

* Back Ordered - we will ship your item as soon it returns back in our stock.
* Discontinued - sold out and we will refund your account unless you would like a substitute item.

Q: Is my credit card information safe and secure when placing an order?

A: Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information.

Q: Once purchased, when will I receive my product(s)?

A: You will receive your order 3-7 days after placing the order. Timing begins the day after you place your order (providing all items are available).
